To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Clean Standard LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our maximum liability for any direct damages is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

The Clean Standard LLC is fully insured and bonded. Certificates of insurance are available upon request for commercial and property manager clients.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bristol County, Massachusetts.
