Standard Service Agreement

This Service Agreement ("Agreement") outlines the standard terms under which The Clean Standard LLC ("Provider") will deliver cleaning services to the Client. A signed copy of this Agreement, customized for your specific service, is provided at the start of any recurring engagement.

1. Scope of Services

Provider will perform cleaning services as described in the customized scope document attached to the signed Agreement. This may include residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, or short-term rental turnovers.

2. Schedule & Access

  • Service times and frequency are agreed upon in writing.
  • Client will provide reliable access (keys, codes, lockboxes) before each service.
  • If access cannot be obtained at the agreed time, a lockout fee equal to 50% of the service rate may apply.

3. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of each service or per the agreed-upon billing cycle.
  • Accepted methods include credit card, ACH, and check.
  • Late payments are subject to a 1.5% monthly service charge after 30 days past due.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Client may cancel or reschedule a service with at least 48 hours' notice at no charge.
  • Cancellations within 48 hours may be charged 50% of the service rate.
  • Same-day cancellations may be charged the full service rate.
  • STR turnover cancellations and rescheduling are subject to separate terms outlined in the STR addendum.

5. Insurance & Liability

Provider carries general liability insurance and a janitorial bond. Certificates of insurance are available upon request. Provider is not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear, or items left in cleaning areas. Any damages caused directly by Provider will be reported immediately and resolved fairly.

6. Term & Termination

Recurring service agreements continue month-to-month unless either party terminates with 30 days' written notice. One-time cleans are governed by individual service confirmations.

7. Confidentiality

Provider and Client agree to keep confidential any non-public information learned in the course of the engagement.

8. Modifications

Any changes to this Agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties.
