Most coworking spaces need daily cleaning of kitchens, restrooms, and shared desks, with deeper detail work weekly. Busy spaces sometimes need more than one visit a day.

Can you work around member access and private offices?

Yes. We follow your access rules, clean private offices only where you want us to, and keep a written checklist so every visit is the same.

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

No. Recurring commercial service runs month-to-month with 30 days' written notice to cancel. We keep accounts by doing the work, not by locking you in.

How fast can you start?

Walkthroughs are typically scheduled within the same week. From walkthrough to first clean is usually 5–10 business days, depending on your facility and preferred start date.
